It is December of 2006. Emily is pregnant and expecting in June. We are both hoping for a girl; Emily, because she bought so many girl clothes and wants Macie to have a close friend, and me, because I am afraid of what boys will do when they are teenagers and I don't think I can handle that.
I am currently working for my Dad with an orthopedic supply business. I help people use a machine that increases their range of motion after surgery. I also measure and fit braces for people with ACL injuries.
Life is good. We are living in a small basement apartment in Orem.
