Spirit Lake Heaven -2011 reunion

I want to go back.

We spent June 29- July 8 this year in Spirit Lake.

We enjoyed relaxing, eating, tubing, skiing, reading, running(not me), kids playing, eating, naps and lots of sunshine.

Mack at first didn't like the life jacket, but then when he understood that's how he gets to go outside and play in the sand/water, he wanted it on from morning till night.

Garrett tried the knee board this year and thinks it's the best thing that came out of the 70's.

This trip Halle and Mack were little boat/sunshine people.

Macie preferred to play pretend/dress-up with her cousins 24/7.

ALL the kids wanted to be in the hot tub, ANYtime the lid was lifted.

Spirit Lake 4th of July Parade.

Lots of fun and candy. One of the "floats" was like 4 or 5 riding lawn mowers. We love Spirit lake.

For the 4th of July, Monica and Carrie planned lots of cute games. My grandparents, Aunt and Uncle and some cousins came over to play.

The last night the kids all made their own icecream thanks to Carrie.

It was Garrett's birthday and he spent it driving All day (11 hours) with 3 kids and an 8 months pregnant wife...so sad. But at least we had a wonderful week!
